Q:How to start a business relationship with your company & Where can I get price information?

Q:How to start a custom project with your company?
A:Please send us your design drawings or original samples for our quotation and technical proposal . The more information you offer us, the more precise we can meet your demand.
Q:How long can i get the sample?
A:negotiable depending on your specific items, generally speaking , 7-12 days is required.
Q:Can I get a printed catalog of your products?
A:We offers a vast selection of products while continuously adding new items to our inventory. For this reason it would be impossible for us to provide an up-to-date printed catalog.
Q:Do your company deal in reteiling business?
A:most of our products are sold to the foreign countries, and in China market, we only do the wholesale but not retail, so we do not offer to personal or family.
Q:Are these lovely pieces of porcelain art dishwasher /microwave safe?
A:Yes, they most certainly are! They are fired in the kiln at 1100 to 1350 C. such a high temperature also making them durable and lasts a lifetime.
Q:Are these lovely pieces of tableware free of lead and cadmium?
A:Yes. All of our good should be analyzed by CIQ for extractable lead and cadmium using method ASTM C738-94. It’s not allow to export if the lead and cadmium beyond permit.
Q:What’s your Minimum order?
A:negotiable depending on your specific items, generally a 20′ full container load quantity is required.
Q:Am I restricted to getting just one product in a container?
A:Container orders can comprise any combination of the colors, sizes, finishes and shapes that a factory produces. There is a minimum of 1200pcs per type.
Q:What types of payment do you accept?
A:We accept irrevocable L/C at sight, or by T/T. Please go to the Contact Us if your choice of payment and/or method of ordering is not mentioned here.
Q:How long does it take to receive an order?
A:Depends on the specific items and your order quantity. Generally it requires around 40-45 days to produce new items with quantity of a 20′ container load. Work begins promptly upon receipt of your order and payment.
